Zhong Hongjiang meets Leonard Pinchuk, academician of the National Academy of Engineering and other experts from Xi’an Eyedeal

On November 5, Zhong Hongjiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Xi’an Municipal Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Zone, and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Aerospace Base, met with Leonard Pinchuk, an academician of the National Academy of Engineering, and a team of foreign experts from Xi’an Eyedeal.

The zone’s mission is to promote the industrialization of high-tech achievements. Zhong Hongjiang shared high hopes for the prospects of the intraocular lens project. He encouraged Xi’an Pule’s foreign experts to look forward and seize the policy opportunities presented by the country’s strong support for the development of the biomedical industry, make persistent effort, develop products fast and contribute to local society.
Leonard Pinchuk said that he was very happy to visit the Xi’an High-tech Zone for inspection. He has cooperated with partners in the field of biomedical materials for many years, and stated a belief that more in-depth cooperation will soon commence in the high-tech zone.
